Weight Loss And Detoxification

The first thing that comes to mind when people think of weight loss is being hungry and miserable. Over the past ten years we have seen one fad diet after another claiming to help you shed those extra pounds within days. Unfortunately those diets are all doomed to failure simply because they do not promote healthy weight loss.

One well known low carbohydrate diet claims you can healthily lose ten pounds per week while another carbohydrate rich diet claims the same. Both diet plans promote drinking lots of fluids and maintaining a daily exercise regimen.

How To Increase Your Metabolism By Increasing Your Daily Activity And Increasing Your Exercise

Changing Your Metabolic Rate

Your metabolism determines the efficiency of calorie burning. The word “calorie” here represents a unit of energy, not something fattening you eat. Simply put, a high metabolism means that you burn most of what you eat as energy. A low metabolism means that you store much of what you eat as fat or unused energy.

Fat is metabolized (used) in the mitochondria of muscle tissue. The more muscle tissue you have in your body, the more difficult it will be for you to ever gain weight or be fat. One reason men seem to lose weight faster than women is because genetically men have more muscle tissue in their bodies.

Do you have a similar experience as I have? Buying them and not always emptying them, because it does not feel right, because you forget to take them or because someone tells you not to take them? And when you clean out your kitchen or bathroom cupboards, you find them after their expiration date?

Clenbuterol For Weight Loss

Of the thousands of weight loss products available in the market today, nothing beats the weight loss drug Clenbuterol for the buzz it generates, especially among the young and hip Hollywood-Los Angeles crowd.

Clenbuterol is originally a drug prescribed by veterinarians to treat respiratory problems in horses. In other European countries, it is considered a prescription drug to treat asthma. Later on, athletes, particularly bodybuilders started using Clenbuterol for weight loss and muscle building. Female bodybuilders are particularly fond of the drug as it’s not only incredibly effective for weight loss, but it also increases strength and muscle size without inducing masculine traits such as facial hair and a deepening voice, commonly seen in frequent steroid users. Only recently has Clenbuterol (or its nickname “Clen”) became young Hollywood’s weight loss drug of choice.
